Driving to work this morning I got stuck on the Joshua Chamberlain bridge due to this idiot. It didn't appear that he had kids in the car that he would have been turned around screaming at so I don't get what would have possessed him to drive up on the concrete barrier? Maybe someone was on the sidewalk he really didn't like and tried to run them over? Accidents like this always baffle me as to what the heck happened.
